Velveeta Light Easy Pasta Primavera Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups rotini - (8 oz), uncooked 2 cups water 1 package frozen vegetable blend - (16 oz) 1/2 lb Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese, cut up 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Bring pasta and water to boil in saucepan; simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Add vegetables, Velveeta and seasonings. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
Exchanges Per Serving: 3 Starch, 1 Meat, 1 Vegetable, 1/2 Fat.
