Velveeta Light Tuna Mac Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups water 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked 1/2 lb Velveeta Light pasteurized prepared cheese, cut up 1 package frozen mixed vegetables - (10 oz), thawed, drained 1 can tuna packed in water - (6 oz), drained, flaked 2 tbsp fat-free milk
Recipe Instructions:
Bring water to boil in saucepan. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna and milk. Stir until Velveeta is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
