Very Cherry Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can pitted tart cherries in water, keep juice 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, keep juice 3 cups juice (cherry, pineapple, and orange), to make 3 cups 1 .3 oz box cherry jello, sugar-free 1 envelope Knox gelatin, dissolved in, 1/4 cup water 9 packets Equal® sweetener
Recipe Instructions:
Drain and measure juice from cans of cherries and pineapple. Add enough orange juice to make 3 cups combined. In medium saucepan, heat juice until hot but not boiling. Pour into 4-quart serving dish and stir in jello, gelatin, and sweetener until dissolved. Add fruits and stir. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
