Waffle Stack Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 toaster waffles, toasted 1/2 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen lowfat cottage cheese 2% milkfat 10 strawberry slices 2 kiwi slices 1/4 cup raspberries and blueberries
Recipe Instructions:
Spread waffles with cottage cheese. Stack waffles. Top with fruit. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
This recipe yields 1 serving. Serving size: Entire recipe.
