Waldorf Salad Ii Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half 4 MacIntosh apples, cored, and cut into 1" chunks 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Recipe Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and mayonnaise until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients except the walnuts and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 3/4 cup.
