Recipe Ingredients:
1 slice Raisin bread 1/3 cup Cottage cheese- either Regular or low fat 1/8 tsp Vanilla or to taste Artificial sweetner to tast Cinnamon
Recipe Instructions:
TOAST RAISIN BREAD. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPOON ON TOAST ~ SPREADING EVENLY OVER TOAST. PLACE UNDER BROILER OR IN TOASTER OVEN ON TOP BROWN ONLY UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY. This is an old Weight Watchers Recipe.
