White Bean Dip Recipe

Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 (15- to 16-ounce) can cannellini beans or
great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 to 3 garlic cloves

Instructions: In a food processor or blender,
combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth.
Chill. Serve with toasted pita bread, corn chips or fresh vegetables.


Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 Starch

Servings: 20
