Recipe Ingredients:

1.00 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1.00 tb Lemon juice; fresh
0.13 ts Salt
1.00 tb Parsley; chopped

 

Recipe Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and serve with falafel.

serving = 4 tablespoons nutritional info: 40 cal; 3.5g
pro, 1g fat, 4.5g carb exchange: 1/2 nonfat milk
